The Price includes one car park per unit.

Completion Date: End of June 2026.

Booking fee Kes 100,000/= (being part of the purchase price). Kes 50,000/= refundable upon cancellation

Payment to Mpingo Beach Apartments or Wangai Nyuthe & Co. Advocates.

Terms

• 100% cash buyers to enjoy five per cent (5%) discount.
• Instalments buyers to pay thirty per cent (30%) deposit and seven (7) equal installments, or as they may propose.
• Morgage buyers to pay thirty per cent (30%) deposit and balance on completion.
